The best for falling asleep fast!
I had fractured my ankle, twice. The bone was not healing. I'm older and estrogen was low, at risk for osteopenia. I decided to give Good Bone a try. In 3 months, another X-ray was done. The evidence was clearly visible at the progression of regrowth. I recently had bone grafts placed for a dental procedure and decided that I needed to do another round of Good Bone to give the graft the best shot. It's only been two weeks, but I trust the process. The one difficult thing I find with this regime, is there are so many pills to take, and half the time I forget to get them all in. Otherwise this is a great product and I have x-ray evidence!
