Directions Take three to six capsules once per day, or take three capsules 30 to 60 minutes before each of your two biggest meals, or use as directed by your healthcare professional.

This stuff works great!
This is — hands down — the best fiber supplement I’ve ever tried. I prefer the capsules to the powder for ease of use, but either way, Fiber Lean helps me keep “food noise” tamped down, and the fact that it keeps me regular is an excellent bonus. I have not experienced any negative side effects, so the product must be gentle. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
I just finished "RESET"..when others were sharing the bloat was gone......it really was gone......then started Berberine....it's very nice to not be hungry as much as I was before......it's been about 9 days and I am very happy with my results. I go in January for blood work. THANKS for all the great information and support.
I love this product and have ordered it several times- I haven’t found anything near the quality of this product. My only complaint is the time it takes to receive items. I don’t mind it taking a week for it to arrive but the last two orders took several weeks. I’ll continue to order from them- I just know to order long before I’m out so I receive it before I run out.

I don't really like the capsules...but I love the powder. I will re-order the powder next time.
I find it helps keep me regular and lessens bloating. It makes me feel better. I haven’t experienced any weight loss
Taking 3 at a time … like the results so far!
Really like how it fills me up and prevent hunger pains. But it seems to "gum-up" the system, no matter how much water I drink.
I suppose I am in the middle of the road with this. It appears to work for some people and not for others. I took it per directions and for two weeks, nothing changed, if anything I ended up taking miralax at the end of the first week, since there had been no activity for a few days. I did order the powder, so I will give it a try for a couple weeks to see how my body reacts.
