The Magnesium blend has been life changing for me…it has greatly kicked in with my lack of sleeping issues and I am finally able to fall asleep and stay asleep with out “OTC” sleep aids. The multi vitamin I realized how good it was when the very first time I took it I just grabbed and took at night….
