Really good vitamins
Loving this product!
I use this every afternoon after school after to help balance my emotions and stress after school! I can tell when I haven’t taken it at my regular time because my emotions/hormones are all over the place.
I definitely feel more energy during the day and a sence of calm.
I feel like this product is helping to ease my symptoms.
I’m really loving this supplement to help manage my perimenopause symptoms. I was getting hot flushes, after taking this supplement for about 2 weeks they stopped. I will continue to use this supplement as long as I can to help manage any symptoms that come along with peri and menopause. I’d definitely give this a try if you are having any symptoms at all. Just give it time.
This with the Estrobalance have been very helpful with my perimenopause stuff that goes with middle age!

I'm on my third month of Harmony. I am perimenopausal and was having a lot of vague symptoms, irritability, achiness, heavy bleeding, excrutiating cramps, weight gain, and general "meanness". I feel more like myself. I feel in control of my emotions more. My bleeding has become reasonable and cramping is mild to moderate for a shorter duration. I have not had any weight changes (although I have been sidelined with an injury and had a lot of couch time, my weight is stable and not continuing to increase).
Hot flashes are more manageable. Can tell wheni miss a dose!
