This Magnesium blend has been a game changer with my sleep! I also haven’t had a leg cramp (they were waking me up at least 3x a week) since taking it. I’m excited to see how the D3/K2 is working the next time I have labs drawn.

My 12 year old was on adhd medication for almost two years. As time went by, He complained of awful side effects. I noticed mood swings, stomach pain, anxiety, headaches, chest pain etc. We obviously stopped the medication. As soon as we stopped of course his focus and sitting still in school started to change. It has helped me with my restless legs
My 7yo wa so hard to wake up. He’s been a very deep sleeper his whole life. After just a few days I noticed a difference. He wakes up with ease and (after a couple weeks) before the rest of the family. He’s happy and energized, whereas before he was very sluggish and grumpy before. At first he did not like the flavor, but only because it’s not his primary choice (milk). He mixes it on his own, with supervision. And takes NeuroMAG in combination the Omega Jr.

This has been a wonderfully stressful month. I’m not sure I’d have made it through intact at my job with all the transitions without this Helper. I have been taking this as directed, 1 scoop in 4 oz 1-2 times daily for 2 weeks now. The taste is good. It tastes like grape to me. It is a little gritty on the last swallow, but if you mix it with lukewarm water and give it another good stir before your last swallow, it helps. According to my research, it takes up to 6 weeks of taking the recommended dose to reach peak therapeutic dosage in your body. I’ve completed the 7-day detox, continued on with eating cleaner, taking MitoBOOST and have added this supplement. I’m more than happy with my overall results.
