The magnesium has helps calm me during the day and I sleep like a dream! The mag citrate in It hasn’t helped my constioation yet. Think I need to add back a mag citrate at night also unless you have a better idea. I’ve been taking two weeks now. Haven’t noticed any reduction in brain fog yet. I took pure brand magnesium before for my temporal meningioma brain tumor. Hoping time will lead to better results but currently see no difference between them.
I emailed asking what is suggested for someone with a family history of dementia. I currently care for my 85 yo mom with dementia and wanted to do anything that could possibly be in my favor for brain health . These are a normal size capsule, no after taste and easy to take. It took a week of taking these, but I can say with confidence, this is the best magnesium blend I've ever taken. It is helping with my foot neuropathy, I'm sleeping better and starting to feel better overall. I have tried other name brand and popular magnesium supplements without results. I had nearly give up assuming I'd be miserable the rest of my life. It comes down to the ingredients! This product is literally like a miracle for me! It has greatly improved my sleep, decreased anxiety and my blood pressure. I didn’t expect it to help with swelling in the joints of my hands, but it helped with that too! Thanks! Is possible to not put the video on Facebook and only Instagram? Lol I know it’s your property now so I get it. Other than my annoying voice I thought it could help give someone else confidence in your product.
