I decided to transition from the liquid to the capsule. I was having a hard time remembering to take the liquid since I try to put it in my tea or coffee. I don’t like to just squirt it in my mouth. The taste wasn’t pleasant to me. I’ll see which I prefer.

I’ve been taking vitamin gummy’s for years, 1,000-2,000 iu of vit d a day and never saw an improvement in my vit d levels.
