D3 & K2 Micellized Liquid is a soy-free natural vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 in a water-soluble micellized form. Micellization greatly increases the solubility, absorption and bioavailability over oil or emulsified forms. This formula includes the patented VitaMK7®, a natural vitamin K2 (as MK-7) which supports enhanced utilization of calcium in the bloodstream. It is an all-trans natural menaquinone-7 with the highest bioavailability and longest half-life in the blood. VitaMK7® is shown in human clinical studies to increase osteocalcin (calcium-binding protein) levels, enhancing the body’s ability to utilize calcium in the bloodstream. It is also shown to prevent bone loss and promote bone integrity while significantly reducing the incidence of arterial calcification, promoting optimal cardiovascular function. An in-vitro study shows VitaMK7® inhibits the production of PGE-2, a prostaglandin that acts as a potent stimulator of bone loss. It is non-GMO and solvent-free and processed under the strictest purity standards
Directions Adults take one full dropper (1 mL) once per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Other Ingredients Deionized water, ethoxylated castor oil, glycerin, natural flavor, citric acid, potassium sorbate, olive oil.

D3&K2 is essential to my bedtime routine.
I have Fibromyalgia and have been taking this D3 & K2 in one supplement to help bring up my D3 levels and give myself a boost of much needed energy. I've been taking it for just over 2 months now and can definitely tell when I forget/miss a dose. I like the fact its in liquid form which makes it easier to take with quicker absorption , which is why I wanted to give it a try. I'm glad I took a chance to try it out. I highly recommend this particular D3 & K2 supplement. Especially if you find yourself feeling sluggish during the day - or to bring you D3 levels up quicker then using typical pill forms of D3. A must have for anyone suffering from Fibromyalgia!

On 2nd bottle and just ordered the d3 to optimize results. Had follow up appt and D3 is at 19 up from 11 so we are slowly going in the right direction. I haven't been consistent with it but I am working on that.

This is such a convenient way to incorporate both D3 and K2 into my regimen for osteoporosis and cholesterol management. I put one dropper full in my Vitality smoothie or coffee each morning.
This works very well. I have noticed a difference within 2 weeks of using it. My only complaint: it’s disgusting! Make sure to have something on hand to get the taste out of your mouth.

I love this all in one taste good and my body absorbed really good. My levels were really low and I took 50.000 units twice a week but didn't help with this I fil much better.

I really like this D3 & K2 supplement. I love that it isn't another pill to take. It tastes a little mineral like but I take it with a little bit of water like a shot so no big deal. I don't know the full effects yet but I'm going to order it again. There seem to be a lot of doses in the bottle probably 30 or more.
