Three months ago, my first A1C test was 7.5–and my doctor immediately prescribed metformin. After six weeks, I could no longer tolerate it (and my fasting levels were still high). I’ve only been taking one Berberine a day for a couple of weeks, but have seen significant drops already in my glucose levels. Of course, I’m also watching what I eat—but it seems that I needed a little boost from Berberine, which I’m tolerant well! I plan to start a morning dose of Berberine today and am praying for even better results.
I have only been taking Berberine 5X for two weeks but I can already tell a difference in how I feel and how my appetite has been curbed. Hopefully I can afford to continue with this and see more results!

I've been using a Berberine 5X supplement for a while now, and I'm impressed with the results. It's noticeably helped regulate my insulin levels, making me feel more stable throughout the day. I’ve been taking this for 3 full weeks now and I feel like I’m taking a high quality probiotic. My gut health feels much better. I’ve been on probiotics for years but they’ve never been this effective, no matter which brand or the cost. I haven’t had any change in weight, which is what I would really like to see. I’ll keep taking it for now.
